Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

ARs:

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.

Parser Contract review:

- Mike: The BIRD list is included twice in the contract.
  - The second one could simply be referenced in the first location.
- Bob: We don't need to change that here, maybe the next contract.
- Mike: Agree
  - Page 8 is not clear where it mentions Section 10.8.
- Bob: I was not sure how the table numbering would turn out.
- Mike showed the latest IBIS 6.1 specification draft.
- Mike: The feature version table is 33.
- Bob: We need to replace the "Note 4" reference.
  - It is now in Table 34.
- Mike: It has a "Note 1" now.

- The section on BIRD178.3 related changes was reworked.
